That’s how, to begin with there was Gespi who, in the early ’80s, started to produce artificial snow. Followed by Valteco and Leitner Neve. Later joined by Montagner of France. And finally, in 2000, the Snowstar Group was born.

Today Snowstar is a modern engineering concern, specialising in the design and production of “turn-key” artificial snow systems. Over the years, the importance and value of its products has led it to become an undisputed leader on the competitive world market.

Thanks to more than twenty years’ experience in this field, we supply total artificial snow solutions around the world, starting from analysis and planning right up to the final completion of all the work required. Our organic flexible structure means we can satisfy even the most complex demands. Using innovative methods and cutting-edge technology. Maximising all available resources and minimising expenditure in terms of time and energy for the customer.

We were important partners for the organisers of the Turin Olympics in 2006, acting as their main suppler of technology. We have built major artificial snow systems over the years in Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Norway, the Czech Republic and China.
